           is more than just a workout — it’s a celebration of what we’ve built together. Led by our team of instructors, this special class combines yoga, core strength, and Pilates-inspired movement in a space where all are welcome.

          Rising Together: The Women Behind Ascension Pilates
         &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          When I think back to where this all began, I could have never imagined what Ascension Pilates would grow into — or the incredible women who would help bring it to life. My own journey into Pilates started almost by accident. In 2019, I began managing a studio with zero experience and very little connection to fitness beyond a few group classes at the local gym. Honestly, it wasn’t love at first sight — the classes were hard, my health was at its lowest, and I was navigating some of the most challenging moments of my life.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          But sometimes, rock bottom is where transformation begins. I began hiking, attending our Pilates classes more consistently, improving my nutrition, and making wellness a lifestyle. Within six months, I had lost nearly 50 pounds — but more importantly, I had found clarity, purpose, and a passion for movement that would become my career and my calling.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          Ascension Pilates &amp;amp; Wellness is built on that passion: a space for women to move intentionally, feel empowered, and connect with themselves and each other. And at the heart of this space are the incredible instructors who bring their energy, expertise, and spirit to every class.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

          Amber: Flow, Breath, and Community
         &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          Amber’s journey into yoga started with a desire to move and stay healthy for her family, but quickly evolved into a deeply personal mental and spiritual practice.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          “Watching the shift in people’s energy — sometimes in a single class — reminds me why I do this. It’s the same change that saved me.”
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
           Amber teaches
          &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          The Exhale,
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
           a vinyasa plus yin yoga flow, focusing on breathwork and mindfulness, providing students with a grounding end to their day. Her classes create a space for both physical challenge and emotional release, guiding clients to reconnect with themselves while cultivating peace, awareness, and confidence.
          &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
           Her energy and playlists are part of the experience — from creative remixes to carefully curated sequences, Amber ensures every class feels like a vibe.
          &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          She’s most excited for Ascension Pilates new space: “The sisterhood and having a safe space for that to unfold! There’s so much potential, and I’m excited for it all!”

          Missy’s fitness journey began with running alongside her sister, building accountability and evolving into a love for all things fitness. Pilates is a newer venture for her, offering focused attention, precision, and a whole-body challenge.

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

          Each of us came to movement for different reasons — some seeking strength, others seeking peace, and all of us, in one way or another, seeking healing. What we’ve found through Pilates, yoga, running and intentional movement is that transformation rarely happens all at once. It unfolds slowly, through small, consistent choices.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
          That’s what I love most about this community: the way we show up for ourselves and each other. We celebrate the little wins... the moments of breakthrough, the breath between challenge and release, the spark of confidence that builds from within.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

          This new chapter for Ascension Pilates is about more than expanding our space. It’s about deepening our purpose — to create a supportive home where women rise together.

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
           As I look at my team, I see not only their skill and passion but the ripple effect of what’s possible when women choose themselves, and in doing so, choose each other.

          And perhaps most powerful of all—move with community. When women come together, something shifts. We become mirrors for one another, reminders that we are not alone in our exhaustion, or our healing, or our search for balance. Community provides accountability on the hard days, inspiration on the good ones, and the kind of connection that makes the journey feel lighter.
