Motherhood is a journey unlike any other... full of joy, challenges, and transformation. As a new mom myself, just five months postpartum, I’ve experienced firsthand how important it is to find movement that honors my changing body while giving me strength and space to breathe.

After welcoming my little one, I realized how vital it was to reconnect with my body in a gentle, intentional way. That’s why I created our 'Mommy & Me' Pilates class—to support moms who want to nurture their bodies and bond with their babies in a safe, encouraging environment.

Why Movement Matters After Baby

Pregnancy and childbirth bring incredible changes, both physically and emotionally. Your body has done something extraordinary, and it deserves care and patience as you heal and rebuild strength.

Mat Pilates offers:

  • A safe way to rebuild core and pelvic floor strength
  • Support for posture and alignment as you carry, nurse, and care for your baby
  • A mindful pause to focus on your breath and body awareness
  • Connection with other moms navigating the same beautiful, sometimes messy, journey

This isn’t about rushing back to your pre-baby self—it’s about honoring where you are now and embracing the powerful, resilient mom you are becoming.

Introducing Our 'Mommy & Me' Class

Our 'Mommy & Me' classes are designed specifically for moms and their babies (up to 14 months old). In these small, welcoming sessions, you’ll move through Pilates exercises that build strength and flexibility, all while keeping your little one close.

Whether your baby naps, plays, or just watches, this class is about you—your wellness, your healing, your community.

Each class is led by CPR-certified instructors, and we keep safety a priority:

  • One child per adult to ensure adequate space and attention
  • Walking babies must remain under parent supervision due to nearby equipment
  • Please bring a blanket or soft mat for your baby, and any small toys to help keep them engaged

This is a space where you can feel supported, not just as a client, but as a mother navigating this new chapter.

Every movement is a step forward for you and your baby.

If you're ready to care for yourself while connecting with your little one (and a few new mom friends), 'Mommy & Me' might be just what you've been looking for.
